柠檬酸调变加氢精制催化剂的研究进展
Research progress of citric acid for modifying hydrofining catalyst
【摘要】 柠檬酸是典型的加氢精制催化剂的调变助剂,它的引入可提高活性相的分散度,促进高活性相的生成,调变载体的孔道结构和酸性。综述了与活性组分发生螯合作用和对活性组分进行隔离两种主要的调变作用方式,介绍了对载体的脱铝作用及自身的热分解作用等其他调变作用方式。催化剂调变过程中多种作用方式共存,如何综合利用调变作用方式实现对催化剂结构、性质的改善是未来研究的重点。
【Abstract】 Citric acid is a typical modification promoter for hydrofining catalyst. The introduction of citric acid can improve the dispersion of active phase,promote the formation of high active phase,and modify the pore structure and acidity of the carrier. Chelating with active components and isolation of active components are the main ways of modulation,which are reviewed mainly in this paper. In addition,other modifying modes,including dealuminization of carrier and thermal decomposition of itself,are briefly introduced. In this paper,it is pointed out that many kinds of action modes coexist in the process of catalyst modification,and how to improve the structure and properties of catalyst by comprehensive modification modes is the focus of future research.
