无模板剂多级孔Ce-ZSM-5分子筛的制备及其吸附脱硫性能

【摘要】 采用无模板剂法制备了多级孔Ce-ZSM-5分子筛,通过XRD、SEM、FTIR、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD等方法对分子筛晶体结构、形貌、孔结构参数及表面酸性进行了表征。以噻吩为模型分子考察了分子筛吸附脱硫性能,并进行了吸附热力学和吸附动力学研究。实验结果表明,多级孔Ce-ZSM-5分子筛的吸附量高于微孔ZSM-5和多级孔ZSM-5分子筛,吸附脱硫过程主要为单分子层化学吸附,333 K时最大吸附硫容为0.497 mmol/g;该吸附过程符合拟n级动力学模型,级数为1.2。

【Abstract】 Hierarchical Ce-ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by a template-free method. The crystal structure,morphology,pore structure parameters and surface acidity of zeolites were characterized by XRD,SEM,FTIR,N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD techniques. Using thiophene as a model molecule,the adsorption desulfurization performance of zeolites was investigated,and the adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics were analyzed. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the hierarchical Ce-ZSM-5 zeolites was significantly higher than that of the microporous ZSM-5 and hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolites. The adsorption desulfurization process was dominated by monolayer chemical adsorption,and the maximum adsorption sulfur capacity was 0.497 mmol/g at 333 K. The adsorption kinetics study showed that the adsorption process conformed to the quasi-n-order kinetic model with a grade of 1.2.
