M50甲醇汽油的橡胶溶胀性

【摘要】 通过浸泡实验,对比研究了丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶、硅橡胶在92号(记作E92)乙醇汽油,以及甲醇与E92乙醇汽油各占50%(φ)的混合燃料(记作M50甲醇汽油)中的溶胀性能,并对溶胀前后三种橡胶进行了拉伸实验,最后通过热重实验探讨了E92乙醇汽油与M50甲醇汽油对三种橡胶结构与性能的影响。实验结果表明,丁腈橡胶在E92乙醇汽油与M50甲醇汽油中的溶胀程度与力学性能下降程度相当;氟橡胶在M50甲醇汽油中溶胀明显,力学性能下降幅度较小;硅橡胶在E92乙醇汽油与M50甲醇汽油中溶胀严重,力学性能变化较小;用E92乙醇汽油与M50甲醇汽油浸泡后的丁腈橡胶与氟橡胶的基本结构没有被破坏;硅橡胶在E92乙醇汽油与M50甲醇汽油中浸泡后质量损失峰温度变化较大,说明结构发生了变化。

【Abstract】 The swelling properties of nitrile rubber(NBR),fluororubber(FMK) and silicone rubber(MVQ) in No.92(recorded as E92) ethanol gasoline and mixed fuel with 50%(φ) methanol and E92 ethanol gasoline respectively(recorded as M50 methanol gasoline) were compared by immersion test. The tensile tests of three rubbers before and after swelling were carried out. Finally,the effects of E92 ethanol gasoline and M50 methanol gasoline on the structures and properties of the three rubbers were investigated by thermogravimetric experiments. The experimental results showed that the swelling degree of NBR in E92 ethanol gasoline and M50 methanol gasoline was similar to that of mechanical properties;FMK swelled significantly in M50 methanol gasoline,and smaller decreased in mechanical properties;MVQ swelled severely in E92 ethanol gasoline and M50 methanol gasoline,and small changed in mechanical properties;the basic structure of NBR and FMK after E92 ethanol gasoline and M50 methanol gasoline immersion was not destroyed. The peak temperature of the mass loss of MVQ changed greatly after immersion of in E92 ethanol gasoline and M50 methanol gasoline,indicating that the structure has changed.
