夏热冬冷地区浅层地热能开发利用路径初探
Exploration on Development and Utilization of Shallow Geothermal Energy in HSCW Areas
【摘要】 夏热冬冷地区浅层地热资源丰富,适合推广地热供热(制冷)项目,水地源热泵技术成熟也为地热开发利用提供了保障。浅层地热开发利用主要集中在华东、华中地区,应用领域多为城市新区的公共建筑和高档住宅小区。夏热冬冷地区整体经济发展水平高,随着蓝天保卫战行动计划推进,大规模开发地热具有可行性。未来浅层地热开发利用坚持区域集中式冷热联供路线,重视在城市新区公共建筑和高档住宅项目区域推广,并结合乡村振兴战略实施向广大农村地区渗透。为此需要继续加大政策扶持力度,重视行业标准化建设,修订完善已有政策使其更具可操作性。在政策规制和扶持的基础上,热泵设备生产商与施工企业应加大一体化创新协作发展力度,持续降低设备供应及施工运维成本,从深层次提升行业内生竞争力。
【Abstract】 The abundant shallow geothermal resources in hot-summer and cold-winter(HSCW) areas are suitable for promoting geothermal heating and cooling projects, and the maturity of the water source and ground source heat pump technologies provides a guarantee for geothermal energy development and utilization. Currently, shallow geothermal energy development and utilization mainly concentrate in East China and Central China, and the most popular utilizations are in public buildings and high-end residences at new urban districts. Large-scale geothermal energy development is feasible in hot-summer and cold-winter areas, where overall economy is doing well and "blue sky defense" plan is moving forward. In the future, shallow geothermal energy development and utilization should adhere to the route of centralized heating and cooling supply in these areas, with focus on the promotion in public buildings and high-end residences at new urban districts, and the infiltration through rural districts driven by the rural vitalization strategy. For this reason, more efforts should be made in policy support and industrial standardization to improve existing regulations and make them more operable. On the basis of policy support, heat pump equipment manufacturers and construction enterprises should strengthen integrated innovation and cooperation to cut down the cost further on equipment supply, installation, operation and maintenance, in a bid to sharpen their endogenous and core competitiveness in the geothermal sector.
