考虑风电场集群效应的高比例风电电力系统稳定性研究
Study on the Stability of High-scale Wind Power System Considering the Wind Farm Cluster Effect
【摘要】 高比例风电接入电力系统后,具有弱惯性、不可控性的风电机组压缩了系统内强惯性同步机组的出力空间,降低了传统电力系统中发输配用间的刚性联系,风电成为主导系统稳定性的关键因素。在现有含高比例风电系统稳定性分析中,风电场常被当作电源或负的负荷,这种处理方式忽略了风电场的集群效应,分析的结果偏离实际。以辽西某市220 kV系统为研究对象,研究了适用于高比例风电系统的稳定性分析方法及风机的数学模型。通过仿真验证在考虑了风电场集群效应后,分析所得的结果更接近于真实情况。
【Abstract】 After a high-scale wind power is connected to the power system, wind turbines with weak inertia and uncontrollability compress the output space of strong inertial synchronous units in the system, weaken the rigid connection between power generation and transmission in traditional power systems, and wind power becomes the key factor affecting system stability of stability. In the stability analysis of the existing wind power system with a high proportion, wind farms are often regarded as power sources or negative loads. This processing method ignores the cluster effect of wind farms, and the analysis results deviate from reality. Taking the 220 kV system of a city in western Liaoning Province as the research object, the stability analysis method and the mathematical model of the wind turbine suitable for the high proportion wind power system are studied.It is verified through simulation considering the wind farm cluster effect, the analysis results are closer to the real situation.
