渐开线圆柱斜齿轮的接触分析

【摘要】 针对GB/T19406-2003型渐开线圆柱斜齿轮折断和齿面点蚀的失效形式,进行渐开线圆柱斜齿轮的力学性能研究,采用有限元方法对啮合齿轮进行静力学分析,得出产生最大应力的位置,再进行动力学分析,得到一个啮合周期齿轮啮入、啮出位置的应力变化情况。研究结果表明:齿轮的受力变形导致齿轮面接触区同时沿轴向和法向产生偏移,啮合点偏离啮合线上的理论啮合点,造成齿轮在啮入、啮出过程中齿顶干涉,通过调整齿轮顶隙系数和齿顶修形的方法来避免齿顶干涉现象的发生。

【Abstract】 According to the failure modes of GB/T19406-2003 involute helical gear tooth broken tooth pastry and corrosion, the mechanical properties of the involute cylindrical helical gear was studied. The involute helical gear tooth profile meshing force model was established, and statics analysis based on the finite element software was carried out. It was concluded that the produced locations of the maximum stress, further dynamic analysis was carried out on the meshing process, which got an engagement gear meshes into period and the stress variation in the recess action position. The stress deformation of the gear causes the contact area of the tooth surface of the gear to be offset along the axial and normal direction at the same time, and the engagement point deviates from the theoretical meshing point on the meshing line, which results in the tooth tip interference in the process of gear in and out. In this paper, the tooth tip interference was avoided by adjusting the gear tip gap coefficient and tooth tip modification.
