钢/铝异种金属激光深熔钎焊接头特性

【摘要】 采用激光深熔钎焊的方法系统研究了Q235钢板/5052铝合金板的接头特性.研究发现,钢/铝异种金属激光熔钎焊接头界面处生成了平均厚度在5~10μm的金属间化合物层,其中靠近钢侧的部分为较为平整的Fe2Al5,靠近铝侧的部分为针状或舌状的Fe4Al13,化合物层的厚度随界面热输入的提高而增加.接头的抗拉强度随着界面处的热输入量呈先增加后减小的趋势,断裂位置为金属间化合物层内部或其与母材的结合面处,脆性断裂特征明显,最高抗拉强度为55.2MPa.

【Abstract】 The characteristics of Q235 steel/5052 aluminum alloy joint by laser penetration welding-brazing were investigated.It was found that there were intermetallic compounds layer with average thickness of 5~10μm along the interface of the Fe/Al laser penetration welding-brazing joint.There were Fe2Al5 near to steel side and Fe4Al13 adjacent to aluminum alloy,respectively.The thickness of the layers increased with increasing welding heat input.The tensile strength of the joint increased first and then decreased with increasing the heat input.The joint fractured inside intermetallic compounds layers or the interface of the layer and parent metal.The fracture surface exhibited typical brittle characteristics.The highest tensile strength of the joints was 55.2 MPa.
