基于无线网络的潜孔锤振动测试系统
Vibration test system of DTH hammer based on wireless network
【摘要】 为提高旋挖钻机潜孔锤的钻进效率,保证施工安全,需要研究其钻进过程中的振动特性,通过构建潜孔锤无线振动测试系统来采集并分析振动、流量压力等信号是开展实验研究工作的基础。该文完成测试网络系统的构建包括传感器、采集卡、流量计等主要部件的选型,部分硬件电路的设计,利用虚拟仪器技术实现测试数据的采集和分析功能;通过现场实验采集潜孔锤振动加速度信号并作初步分析,验证该系统工作的可靠性及实用性。此系统通过无线网络通信的方式构建并增加对气室流量及压力的采集,可分析潜孔锤气动参数对其振动信号的影响,解决现场采集振动信号的困难,拓展振动分析参数范围。
【Abstract】 In order to improve drilling efficiency of DTH(down-the-hole) hammer and ensure construction safety, it is necessary to study the vibration characteristics of DTH hammer in the drilling process. It is the basis of experimental research to collect and analyze vibration, flow pressure and other signals by building a DTH hammer wireless vibration test system. Completed the selection of main components such as sensors, data acquisition board, flowmeters, and the design of some hardware circuits. Based on the virtual instrument technology, it realized the collection and analysis of test data. The vibration acceleration signal of DTH hammer is collected through field experiment and analyzed preliminary, which verifies the reliability and practicability of the system. The influence of pneumatic parameters of DTH hammer on its vibration signal is analyzed. The difficulty of field vibration signal acquisition is solved and the range of vibration analysis parameters is extended.
