改进型单频法绝缘监测装置设计

【摘要】 为保证核反应堆稳压器电加热器运行的可靠性,设计一款在线绝缘监测装置,对稳压器电加热器及其供电系统绝缘状态进行实时监测。为满足宽范围,高精度的绝缘电阻检测需求提出一种改进型单频法,并在Simulink中建立仿真模型对改进型单频注入法原理进行仿真验证,仿真数据表明绝缘电阻在800 kΩ以内时计算误差在±5%以内。在绝缘监测装置中针对改进型单频法设计一个注入源信号采集电路用来提取夹杂在强工频噪声中的注入源信号,并利用现有实验条件搭建在线试验平台对该装置进行整体性能测试,测试表明该装置能够准确测量500 kΩ以内的绝缘电阻误差在±5%以内。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the reliability of nuclear reactor regulator heater in operation, an online insulation monitoring device was designed to monitor the insulation status of the regulator heater and its power supply system in real time. For the sake of meeting the requirements of a wide range and high precision insulation resistance detection, an improved single frequency method is proposed. The simulation model was established in Simulink to verify the principle of the improved single frequency injection method. The results show that the calculation error is less than ±5% when the insulation resistance is within 800 kΩ. In the insulation monitoring device, an injection source signal acquisition circuit is designed for the improved single frequency method to extract the injection source signal that is mixed in strong power frequency noise. The results of online test platform show that the device can accurately measure the insulation resistance error is within ±5% under the range of 500 kΩ.
