【摘要】 目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV) 16、18感染与结直肠癌的相关性。方法选择结直肠癌患者80例,取所有患者的病灶组织标本(病灶组)与癌旁组织标本(癌旁组)。采用荧光PCR技术检测HPV16、18感染情况,采用免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP)-9表达水平并进行相关性分析。结果病灶组的HPV16、18感染率分别为33. 8%和37. 5%,显著高于癌旁组的6. 3%和7. 7%(P <0. 05)。病灶组的VEGF、MMP-9表达阳性率为75. 0%和71. 3%,显著高于癌旁组的16. 3%和24. 4%(P <0. 05)。在病灶组织标本中,不同VEGF、MMP-9表达特征患者的HPV16、18感染率对比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); Pearson相关分析显示病灶组织的VEGF、MMP-9表达阳性率与HPV16、18感染率都有显著相关性(P <0. 05)。结论结直肠癌患者的HPV16、18感染比较常见,也多伴随有VEGF、MMP-9的高表达,两者存在显著相关性,共同参与结直肠癌的发生与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation between human papillomavirus( HPV) 16/18 infection and colorectal cancer. Methods 80 patients with colorectal cancer who were diagnosed and treated. All patients ’ lesion tissue specimens( lesion group) and adjacent cancer tissue specimens( paracancerous group) were collected. The HPV16/18 infection were detected by fluorescence PCR,the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase( MMP)-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The HPV16/18 infection rates in the lesion group were 33. 8%and 37. 5%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 6. 3% and 7. 7% in the paracancerous group( P < 0. 05). The positive rates of VEGF and MMP-9 expression in the lesion group were 75. 0% and 71. 3%,which were significantly higher than that in the paracancerous group( 16. 3% and 24. 4%,P < 0. 05). In the lesion tissue specimens,the difference of HPV16/18 infection rates compared between the patients with different VEGF and MMP-9 expression rates were statistically significant( P <0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of VEGF and MMP-9 expression in the lesion tissue were significant correlation with HPV16/18 infection rates( P < 0. 05). Conclusion HPV16/18 infection in colorectal cancer patients are more common,and are accompanied by high expression of VEGF and MMP-9. There are significant correlation between them,which are involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.更多还原
