【摘要】 目的:观察养心汤治疗气阴两虚、心血瘀阻型心悸的临床效果。方法:选择60例气阴两虚、心血瘀阻型心悸患者,以简单随机分组法分为对照组(予以稳心颗粒冲剂治疗)和观察组(予以养心汤治疗),各30例,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分为(10.95±2.84)分,低于对照组(16.04±3.12)分(P<0.05),疗效指数高于对照组(P<0.05),心电图有效率80.00%高于对照组53.33%(P<0.05),中医证候有效率86.67%高于对照组56.67%(P<0.05)。两组患者观察期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:养心汤治疗气阴两虚、心血瘀阻型心悸的临床效果较好,未见明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin decoction in treating palpitation of Qi-Yin deficiency and heart blood stasis type.Methods:60 patients with palpitation of Qi-Yin deficiency and heart blood stasis type were divided into control group(treated with Wenxin granules) and observation group(treated with Yangxin decoction) by the simple random grouping method,30 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(10.95±2.84)vs(16.04±3.12)(P<0.05),while the curative effectindexes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of electrocardiogram was higher than that of the control group(80.00% vs 53.33%)(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome was higher than that of the control group(86.67% vs 56.67%)(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction during the observation period in the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Yangxin decoction is good in treating palpitation of Qi-Yin deficiency and heart blood stasis type,without obvious adverse reaction.更多还原
