【摘要】 目的:探讨不同方法针灸("双固一通"电针、头针)"双固一通"法即电针关元、足三里、太冲、风府穴。头针:舞蹈震颤区、运动区、足运感区对帕金森病大鼠脑细胞神经元代谢的影响。方法:除空白对照组外其余注射鱼藤酮(配成1.5 mg/ml油溶液)1.5 mg/(kg·d),连续给药3周造模。随机分为5组(每组n=12),空白对照组、模型对照组(帕金森动物模型)、电针组(帕金森动物模型+电针治疗)、头针组(帕金森动物模型+头针治疗)、电针+头针组(帕金森动物模型+电针+头针治疗)。HPLC法测定黑质纹状体中DA含量,免疫荧光组化法检测bcl-2、bax蛋白表达。结果:模型对照组黑质纹状体中DA含量减少,大鼠中脑黑质bcl-2表达显著减少,bax表达显著增加;各针刺组可上调bcl-2表达,抑制bax表达。结论:不同方法针灸可以提高PD大鼠黑质多巴胺能神经元合成多巴胺的功能,改善大鼠大鼠的行为学,各针刺组可上调bcl-2表达,抑制bax表达。针灸治疗PD为临床提供了理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the different methods of acupuncture "double solid one pass"electric needle,scalp needle"double solid one pass"method is electric needle Guanyuan,Zusanli,Taichong,Fengfu points.Scalp acupuncture:The effects of dance tremor zone,exercise zone and foot movement zone on neuronal metabolism in brain cells of rats with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:In addition to the normal group,the other injections of rotenone(containing 1.5 mg/ml oil solution) 1.5 mg/(kg · d),continuous administration for 3 weeks modeling.randomly divided into 5 groups(n=12 per group),normal blank group,model group(Parkinson animal model),electroacupuncture group(Parkinson animal model + electroacupuncture treatment),scalp group(Parkinson animal model + scalp treatment),electroacupuncture + scalp group(Parkinson animal model + electroacupuncture + scalp treatment).The DA content in the nigrostriatal was determined by HPLC,and the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein were detected by immunofluorescence histochemistry.Results:The content of DA in the nigrostriatal of the model group was decreased,the expression of bcl-2 in the substantia nigra of rats was significantly decreased,and the expression of bax was significantly increased.The acupuncture group could up-regulate the expression of bcl-2 and inhibit the expression of bax.Conclusion:Different methods of acupuncture can improve the dopaminergic function of dopaminergic neurons in PD rats and improve the behavior of rats.The acupuncture group can up-regulate the expression of bcl-2 and inhibit the expression of bax.Acupuncture treatment of PD provides theoretical support for the clinic.更多还原
