【摘要】 目的:分析天津市河西区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡的流行趋势,为肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法:分析2008-2016年河西区户籍居民的肿瘤随访登记数据,计算发病率、死亡率、中国人口标化率、世界人口标化率、0～74岁累积率,并分析其时间趋势。结果:2008-2016年河西区恶性肿瘤粗发病率为370.17/10万,中标发病率为190.07/10万,世标发病率为184.09/10万,累积发病率(0～74岁)为21.13%。恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为211.80/10万,中标死亡率为92.50/10万,世标死亡率为90.98/10万,累积死亡率(0～74岁)为10.32%。恶性肿瘤发病顺位第1位的是肺癌,发病率为91.30/10万,其次为乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌和胃癌,前10位恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤发病的76.65%;恶性肿瘤死亡率第1位的是肺癌,死亡率为75.85/10万,其次为肝癌、结直肠癌、胃癌和胰腺癌,前10位恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的81.34%。2008-2016年期间河西区恶性肿瘤发病率呈平稳上升趋势,而恶性肿瘤标化死亡率呈下降趋势。结论:2008-2016年天津市河西区恶性肿瘤的发病率呈上升趋势,肿瘤负担依然严峻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the epidemic trend of malignant tumor incidence and death in Hexi district of Tianjin.Methods:The tumor follow-up registration data of registered residents in Hexi district from 2008 to 2016 were analyzed,and the incidence rate,mortality rate,standardized rate of Chinese population,standardized rate of world population,cumulative rate of 0～74 years old were calculated,and the time trend was analyzed.Results:From 2008 to 2016,the crude incidence rate of malignant tumors in Hexi district was 370.17/100 000,standardized incidence rate of Chinese population was 190.07/100 000,standardized incidence rate of world population was 184.09/100 000,and the cumulative incidence rate(0～74 years old) was 21.13%.The crude mortality rate of malignant tumor was 211.80/100 000,standardized mortality rate of Chinese populationwas 92.50/100 000,standardized mortality rate of world populationwas 90.98/100 000,and the cumulative mortality rate(0～74 years old) was 10.32%.Lung cancer ranked first in the incidence of malignant tumors,with an incidence rate of 91.30/100 000,followed by breast cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer and gastric cancer,with the top 10 malignant tumors accounting for 76.65% of all malignant tumors.Lung cancer ranked first in the mortality rate of malignant tumors,with a mortality rate of 75.85/100 000,followed by liver cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer,with the top 10 malignant tumors accounting for 81.34% of all malignant tumor deaths.From 2008 to 2016,the incidence rate of malignant tumors in Hexi district showed a steady upward trend,while the standardized mortality rate of malignant tumors showed a downward trend. Conclusion: From 2008 to 2016,the incidence rate of malignant tumors in Hexi District of Tianjin showed an upward trend,and the tumor burden remained severe.更多还原
