【Abstract】 Colorectal cancer is a kind of disease,serious harm human health during most of the patients with rectal cancer diagnosis for locally advanced rectal carcinoma.Neoadjuvant chemoradiation is a standard treatment for these patients.The curative effect of neoadjuvant chemoradiation can directly affect the prognosis of patients.GPX2(gastrointestinal glutathione peroxidase) is a class of proteins involved in REDOX reaction.GPX2 expression level is directly related to radiotherapy in patients with sensitivity,in addition to this,GPX2 also play an important role in colorectal inflammatory disease.This article will review GPX2 expression in colorectal cancer and treatment progress.更多还原
