【摘要】 目的:探究重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子（rhG-CSF）宫腔灌注治疗对复发性流产患者子宫内膜容受性及临床妊娠结局的影响。方法:60例复发性流产的患者随机分为研究组与对照组各30例。对照组患者采用常规的治疗方式,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用rhG-CSF宫腔灌注的治疗方式。比较两组患者治疗前后的雌、孕激素水平,治疗后的胞饮突成熟率以及两组患者的妊娠结局。结果:研究组患者治疗后雌二醇（E₂）及孕酮（P）的水平与对照组比较明显升高（P<0.05）;研究组患者继续妊娠的情况显著好于对照组,流产率明显少于对照组（P<0.05）,两组患者的子宫内膜厚度以及活产分娩率比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）;研究组患者治疗后发育成熟的胞饮突显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:对复发性流产的患者采用rhG-CSF宫腔灌注治疗,有助于患者体内雌、孕激素水平的提升,子宫内膜容受性得到显著改善的同时使患者流产率显著降低,增加妊娠成功的概率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of rhG-CSF intrauterine perfusion on endometrium receptivity and pregnancy outcome in patients with recurrent abortion. Methods:60 patients with recurrent abortion were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the study group was treated with intrauterine infusion of rhG-CSF on the basis of the control group. The levels of estradiol and progesterone before and after treatment,the maturation rate of pinocytosis after treatment and the pregnancy outcomes of were compared between the two groups. Results:E₂ and P levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The condition of continued pregnancy in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the abortion rate was significantly less than that in the control group（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness and live birth rate between the two groups（P>0.05）.The mature pinocytosis of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion:The treatment of intrauterine perfusion of rhG-CSF in patients with recurrent abortion is helpful to improve the level of E₂ and P,significantly improve the endometrium receptivity,significantly reduce the incidence of abortion and increase the probability of successful pregnancy.更多还原
