景洪电厂变频器替代软启动器的改造方案探析

【摘要】 文章分析了变频器和软启动器的特点以及变频器替代软启动器的可行性,以景洪电厂5号机调速器油压装置控制系统改造为例,探讨了通过变频器替代软启动器降低调速器油压装置油泵电机的瞬间启动电流,不仅减小对设备安全构成的严重威胁,而且可以避免对厂用电系统的电网冲击,从而提高厂用电系统和调速器系统运行的可靠性,此变频器改造在景洪电厂5号机调速器油压装置中取得成功应用。

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the characteristics of the frequency converter and soft starter and the feasibility of replacing the soft starter with the frequency converter. Taking the reform of the hydraulic system of the governor of No. 5 unit of Jinghong Power Plant as an example, it discusses the replacement of the soft starter by the frequency converter Reducing the instantaneous starting current of the oil pump motor of the governor oil pressure device not only reduces the serious threat to the safety of the equipment, but also avoids the impact of the power grid on the auxiliary power system, thereby improving the operation of the auxiliary power system and the governor system. Reliability, this inverter transformation has been successfully applied in the hydraulic device of governor No. 5 of Jinghong Power Plant.
