基于海绵城市理念的城市生态防洪体系探究
Research of Urban Ecological Flood Control System Based on Sponge City Concept
【摘要】 针对我国频繁出现的城市内涝问题,文中从宏观的城市流域、中观的片区流域和微观的海绵体三个层面,提出了基于海绵城市理念的城市生态防洪体系。最后结合实际案例,介绍了城市生态防洪体系的具体内容,为海绵城市理念的推广和城市防洪技术的改进提供参考。
【Abstract】 Considering the existing problems that the frequent urban waterlogging occurred in cities,this paper proposed an urban ecological flood control system based on sponge city concept,which was carefully demonstrated from the viewpoint of the macro-scale urban watershed,meso-scale areal watershed and micro-scale sponge body. Finally,the paper introduced the details about the urban ecological flood control system with the aid of practical cases,guiding the popularization of sponge city concept and the improvement of urban flood control system.
