外源水杨酸对葡萄叶片黄烷-3-醇积累的影响

【摘要】 以早黑宝葡萄新梢为试材,探讨了0.5 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)对葡萄叶片黄烷-3-醇积累的影响。结果表明,早黑宝葡萄新梢经0.5 mmol/L SA孵育,叶片中总酚、总类黄酮、总黄烷-3-醇、黄烷-3-醇单体含量增加;SA孵育0~3 h内,叶片总酚、总黄烷-3-醇含量极显著高于对照,叶片总类黄酮含量显著高于对照;儿茶素含量在SA孵育0~24 h内均高于对照,且在1 h极显著高于对照;表棓儿茶素含量在0~240 h内基本高于对照,3~6、72~120 h内均极显著高于对照,1 h时显著高于对照;表儿茶素含量在SA孵育12 h时极显著高于对照,24~72 h时显著高于对照。

【Abstract】 Taking Zaoheibao grape new shoots as test materials, the effects of 0.5 mmol/L salicylic acid on flavan-3-ol accumulation in grape leaves were discussed. The results showed that the contents of total phenol, total flavonoid, total flavan-3-ol and flavan-3-ol monomers in leaves of Zaoheibao grape shoots increased after incubation with 0.5 mmol/L SA. Within 0-3 h of SA incubation, the contents of total phenol and total flavan-3-ol in leaves were significantly higher than that of the control, and the contents of total flavonoids in leaves were significantly higher than that of the control. The catechin content was higher than that of the control within 0-24 h of SA incubation, and was significantly higher than that of the control within 1 h. The content of epigallocatechin was basically higher than that of the control within 0-240 h, and was significantly higher than that of the control within 3-6, 72-120 h, and significantly higher than that of the control at 1 h. Epicatechin content was significantly higher than that of the control when SA was incubated for 12 h, and was significantly higher than that of the control when SA was incubated for 24-72 h.
