【Abstract】 As a traditional cotton area in the Yellow River Basin, Shanxi has a long history of cotton planting and technology accumulation, and has made significant contributions from cotton production, technological innovation and policy practice. This paper reviews the development history and industrial policy changes of cotton industry in Shanxi province during the past 40 a, and explains the academic achievements and scientific research progress of Shanxi province in cotton biotechnology, cultivation, plant protection, breeding,etc. It will provide new ideas for the further development of Shanxi cotton industry.更多还原
