【摘要】 道地性药材是指产于某一特定区域的有代表性的某一种或者几种特定药材,是特定的自然环境与特定的药材品种经过环境和基因长时间互作下产生的优质中药材。道地性是传统中医评价中药材质量的标准,是中医经过多年的用药实践总结出来的经验。总结了专家学者对药材道地性的分析方法,包括历史考证分析、基因分析、有效成分含量分析、生态环境差异分析和表型比较分析,并建议结合药材栽培加工方法和中医药理论拓宽药材道地性分析,以期为道地药材道地性的分析和药材质量评价提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Authentic herbs are representative of one or several specific medicinal herbs produced in a specific area. They are high-quality Chinese medicinal herbs produced by specific natural environment and specific medicinal herbs through long-term interaction of environment and genes. Authenticity is the standard for traditional Chinese medicine to evaluate the quality of Chinese medicinal materials, and is the experience summed up by Chinese medicine practitioners for many years. This article summarizes the analysis methods of medicinal materials authenticity by experts and scholars of medicinal materials, including historical textual analysis,genetic analysis, effective ingredient content analysis, ecological environment difference analysis and phenotype comparison analysis,combined with cultivation and processing methods and traditional Chinese medicine theory to broaden the authenticity analysis, with a view to providing reference for authentic analysis and medicinal material quality evaluation.更多还原
