苹果园土壤有效态微量元素与有机质的关系分析
Analysis of Relationship between Available Trace Elements and Organic Matter in Apple Orchard Soil
【摘要】 以万荣县北部、东部、西部三大区域的14个标准化示范果园土壤为试材,测定土壤中有机质以及微量元素铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、硼(B)的含量,采用Pearson相关分析法与一元线性回归方法对土壤有效态微量元素与有机质的关系进行分析。结果表明,该地区有效铜含量偏低,有效铁、有效锰、有效硼含量极低,仅有效锌含量相对适宜,但分布差异过大;有效铜、有效铁、有效锌与有机质间呈极显著正相关关系,有效锰与有机质间呈正相关关系,而有效硼与有机质间无相关性;有效铜、有效铁、有效锌两两之间存在极显著正相关关系,有效铁与有效锰之间存在显著正相关关系。
【Abstract】 To mark clear the situation of the available trace elements and the effect of soil organic matter on the complete microelement in apple orchard soil, soil samples were collected in 14 orchards in northern, eastern and southern regions of Wanrong county to determine the content of soil organic matter and five trace elements(Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, B). The relationship between content of available soil trace elements and organic matter were analyzed by the Pearson correlation analysis and one-dimensional linear regression.The results showed that the effective Cu content was low, the contect of effective Fe, effective Mn and effective B were very low, but the effective Zn content was suitable with excessive distribution differences. The effective Cu, effective Fe and effective Zn had significantly positive correlations with organic matter in soil, the effective Mn and organic matter had a positive correlation, while there was relationship between effective B and organic matter. There were highly positive correlations among effective Cu, effective Fe and effective Zn, and there was a significant positive correlation between effective Fe and effective Mn.
