玉米新品种众德丰6号的选育与配套栽培技术

【摘要】 为了解决玉米生产上抗病丰产品种缺少的问题,针对性选用抗病优异玉米种质材料,构建基础群体,通过回交、定向接种鉴定,早代配合力测定,选育出抗病优良自交系WX101和WX113,以其为亲本杂交组配育成玉米新品种众德丰6号。该品种抗穗腐病,中抗大斑病、茎腐病;籽粒粗淀粉含量高达76.95%;参加山西省玉米早熟区域试验2 a平均产量为12 836.5 kg/hm~2,比对照增产5.3%;参加生产试验平均产量为13 272 kg/hm~2,比对照品种增产7.4%。在生产上配套适期播种,合理密植,科学施肥,综合防治病虫草害等栽培技术,同时提出适合品种简单高效的制种技术。众德丰6号丰产,多抗,质优,广适,2019年通过山西省农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜在山西春播早熟区推广种植。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of lack of disease-resistant and high-yield hybrid cultivars in maize production, the maize germplasm materials with excellent disease resistance were selected and the basic population was constructed. By means of backcrossing,targeted inoculation and the determination of combining ability in the early generation, the excellent disease-resistant inbred lines WX101 and WX113 were bred, and the new maize cultivar Zhongdefeng 6 was bred by crossing with them as parents. The identification results of resistance of the cultivar were resistance to ear rot, moderate resistance to leaf blight and stalk rot. The content of crude starch was 76.95%. The results of early maturing regional test of maize in Shanxi showed that the average yield was 12 836.5 kg/hm~2 in two years, 5.3% higher than the control. The average yield of the production test was 13 272 kg/hm~2 and 7.4% higher than the control. The corresponding cultivation techniques were appropriate sowing date, suitable planting density, scientific fertilization and comprehensive control of diseases, insects and grass, and a simple and efficient seed production technique for this cultivar was proposed. The research showed that Zhongdefeng 6 was high yield, multi-resistance, excellent quality and wide applicability. It was approved by Shanxi Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee in 2019, and suitable to popularize planting in spring-seeding and early-maturing area of Shanxi.
