人造林场羊肚菌自然发生处不同土层土壤情况分析

【摘要】 为解决羊肚菌生产中存在的产量、质量稳定性差的问题,明确羊肚菌发生与土壤环境的关系,选取一处连续3 a自然发生羊肚菌的人造林场,测定并分析了该地羊肚菌发生处不同距离(0、50、100 cm)不同土层(0~5、5~10 cm)土壤pH值和主要养分含量及其相关性。结果表明,在0~5 cm土层,与羊肚菌未发生处相比,羊肚菌发生处土壤pH值较低,有机质、碱解氮、速效钾含量均较高;羊肚菌发生处上层土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效钾含量均高于下层土壤。相关性分析结果显示,羊肚菌发生地土壤pH与有机质含量呈极显著负相关、与碱解氮含量呈显著负相关,有机质含量与碱解氮含量呈显著正相关。

【Abstract】 To solve the practical problems of poor yield and quality stability in the production of Morchella esculenta and clear the Morchella esculenta occurrence and the relationship with the soil environment, this study selected a forest plantation where the Morchella esculenta was naturally occurring for three consecutive years to measure and analysis the soil pH value and main nutrient content and the correlation between each other in the different distance(0, 50, 100 cm)and different soil layer(0-5 cm and 5-10 cm). The results showed that compared with the non-occurrence, the soil pH value was lower, the contenct of organic matter and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and available potassium were higher where Morchella esculenta occurred. The content of organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and available potassium in the 0-5 cm layer where Morchella esculenta occurred was higher than that in the 5-10 cm layer. The soil pH was extremely significantly negatively correlated with organic matter content, and was significantly negatively correlated with alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content, while the content of organic matter and alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen was significantly positively correlated.
