设施栽培对宫枣光合特性的影响
Effects of Protected Cultivation on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Gong Jujube
【摘要】 以5年生宫枣为研究材料,用Li-6400XT光合测定系统测定设施栽培与露地栽培条件下,宫枣叶片光合日变化、光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线,探究设施栽培对宫枣光合特性的影响,为宫枣设施栽培管理技术提供理论依据。结果表明,设施栽培宫枣的室内温度、湿度大部分高于同期室外,且年均温湿度分别高出室外43.63%、21.80%;设施栽培与露地栽培宫枣的光合日变化均表现为双峰曲线,但在设施栽培条件下,宫枣的气孔开张度较大,有利于气体交换,净光合速率高于露地栽培;设施栽培与露地栽培的宫枣光饱和点均为1 520μmol/(m2·s),设施栽培宫枣光合作用光补偿点为89.26μmol/(m2·s),露地栽培宫枣光合作用光补偿点为49.38μmol/(m2·s),设施栽培宫枣CO2饱和点为1 652μmol/mol,光合作用CO2补偿点为76.87μmol/mol,露地栽培宫枣CO2饱和点为1 883μmol/mol,CO2补偿点为90.08μmol/mol,设施栽培宫枣光补偿点高于露地,CO2补偿点和饱和点均低于露地。设施栽培可以提高宫枣的光合特性,有利于宫枣的优质高效生产。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, 5-year-old Gong jujube was used as the research material, the diurnal variation of photosynthesis,light response curve and CO2 response curve of leaves of Gong jujube under protected cultivation and open field cultivation condition were measured by Li-6400 XT photosynthesis system, and the annual variation of temperature and humidity inside and outside facilities was analyzed to explore the effects of protected cultivation on photosynthetic characteristics of Gong jujube, so as to provide theoretical basis for the management technology of facility cultivation of Gong jujube. The results showed that the indoor temperature and humidity of Gong jujube in protected cultivation were higher than those in outdoor cultivation in the same period, and the annual average temperature and humidity were 43.63% and 21.80% higher, respectively. The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Gong jujube under protected cultivation and open field cultivation showed a double-peak curve, but under protected cultivation, the stomatal opening of Gong jujube was larger,which was conducive to gas exchange, and the net photosynthetic rate was higher than that under open field cultivation. The light saturation point of Gong jujube in protected cultivation and open field cultivation was 1 520 μmol/(m2·s), the photosynthesis compensation point of Gong jujube under protected cultivation was 89.26 μmol/(m2·s), the photosynthesis compensation point of Gong jujube under open field cultivation was 49.38 μmol/(m2·s), the CO2 saturation point of Gong jujube under protected cultivation was 1 652 μmol/mol, and the CO2 compensation point of Gong jujube under protected cultivation was 76.87 μmol/mol. The CO2 saturation point and CO2 compensation point of Gong jujube were 1 883, 90.08 μmol/mol, respectively. The light compensation point of Gong jujube in protected cultivation was higher than those in open field cultivation, CO2 compensation point and saturation point of Gong jujube in protected cultivation were lower than those in open field cultivation. Therefore, protected cultivation could improve the photosynthetic characteristics of Gong jujube,which was conducive to the high quality and efficient production of Gong jujube.
