苹果砧木枝条主要输导组织解剖结构间的相关性
Correlation in Anatomical Structures of Main Conducting Tissues in Branches of Apple Rootstock
【摘要】 以M系与Y系不同苹果矮化砧木1年生枝为试材,通过常规石蜡切片法,结合AutoCAD软件统计测量其横断面各组织厚度、主要输导组织的密度及面积,研究M系与Y系1年生枝横断面各组织尤其是主要输导组织解剖结构间的相关性。结果表明, Y系苹果矮化砧木1年生枝横断面皮层厚度与木质部厚度显著正相关。Y系苹果矮化砧木1年生枝横断面中部导管密度与导管平均密度显著正相关,导管平均密度与导管平均面积显著负相关;M系苹果矮化砧木1年生枝横断面近皮部导管面积与导管平均面积显著正相关,导管平均面积与筛管面积显著正相关。苹果砧木品系不同,1年生枝横断面各组织解剖结构间的相关性也不同;Y系苹果矮化砧木1年生枝横断面中部导管密度越大,导管平均密度越大,导管平均面积越小;M系苹果矮化砧木1年生枝横断面近皮部导管面积越大,导管平均面积越大,筛管面积越大。
【Abstract】 The 1-year-old branches of M-line and Y-line apple dwarfing rootstocks were used as test materials, thickness of each tissue, density and area of the main conducting tissue in their cross-section were counted and measured using the conventional paraffin section method and AutoCAD software. The correlation in anatomical structures of each tissue especially the main conducting tissues in cross-section of 1-year-old branches of M-line and Y-line was studied. Results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the thickness of cortex and the thickness of xylem in cross-section of 1-year-old branch of Y-line apple dwarfing rootstock. There was a significant positive correlation between the middle vessel density and the average vessel density in the cross-section of the 1-year-old branch of Y-line apple dwarfing rootstock, and the average vessel density was significantly negatively correlated with the average vessel area. There was a significant positive correlation between the area of the vessel near the skin and the average vessel area in the cross-section of the 1-year-old branch of M-line apple dwarfing rootstock, and the average vessel area was positively correlated with the area of sieve tube. The correlation among anatomical structures of 1-year-old branches was different with different rootstock strains. The higher the vessel density in the middle of the cross-section of 1-year-old branch of Y-line apple dwarfing rootstock was, the higher the average vessel density was. The larger the area of vessel near the skin in the cross-section of 1-year-old branch of M-line apple dwarfing rootstock was, the larger the average vessel area and the area of sieve tube.
