太原地区健康成年人肠道菌群结构及其与BMI关系初探

【摘要】 以太原地区健康成年人为研究对象,根据BMI指数将其分为3组,采集粪便样本提取DNA,进行肠道菌群16S rDNA高通量测序、OUT聚类、物种注释以及生物信息分析,探讨健康成年人肠道菌群分布特点及其与BMI的关系。结果表明:太原地区健康成年人肠道菌群分12个菌门、139个菌属,在门水平上以厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)(占51.16%)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)(占33.29%)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)(占10.95%)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)(占2.49%)为主,占到微生物总量的98%;在属水平上以拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)(占20.65%)、栖粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)(占7.10%)、毛螺菌属(Lachnospira)(占5.52%)、普氏菌属(Prevotella)(占4.81%)、Lachnoclostridium(占3.93%)、Parasutterella(占3.86%)、[Eubacterium]rectale group(占2.95%)、杆菌属(Dialister)(占2.84%)、Subdoligranulum(占2.82%)、Phascolarctobacterium(占2.79%)为主,占微生物总量的57%;健康成人肠道菌群复杂多样,但主要菌群相对稳定,BMI与肠道菌群具有一定的相关性。

【Abstract】 Healthy adults in Taiyuan area were divided into 3 groups according to BMI. Fecal samples were collected,DNA was extracted,intestinal flora 16 S rDNA high-throughput sequencing,OUT clustering,species annotation and biological information analysis were performed,and the distribution characteristics of intestinal flora and its relationship with BMI in healthy adults were discussed. The results show that:the intestinal flora of healthy adults in Taiyuan area was divided into 12 phyla and 139 genera. At the phylum level,Firmicutes(51.16%),Bacteroidetes(33.29%),Proteobacteria(10.95%)and Actinobacteria(2.49%)are the main ones,accounting for 98% of the total microbial biomass. The top ten in terms of abundance at the generic level were:Bacteroides(20.65%),Faecalibacterium(7.10%),Lachnospira(5.52%),Prevotella(4.81%),Lachnoclostridium(3.93%),Parasutterella(3.86%),[Eubacterium]rectale group(2.95%),Dialister(2.84%),Subdoligranulum(2.82%),Phascolarctobacterium(2.79%),accounting for 57% of total microorganism. The intestinal flora of healthy adults is complex and diverse,but the major flora is relatively stable,and BMI has a certain correlation with the intestinal flora.
