基于智能感应的多自由度机械臂系统的设计探讨

【摘要】 随着我国智能系统的不断进步和发展,在工业制造中已经逐渐采用机械手臂来满足工作环境多变的作业需求,智能感应下的多自由度机械臂将成为未来工业生产的重要劳动力。智能感应和多自由度机械臂系统的设计与实现,已成为我国工业制造业在世界生产制造业中取得核心竞争力的重要保障。对智能感应的多自由度机械臂系统的设计和实现进行了研究分析,该系统可分为核心控制子系统、传感子系统、控制子系统和智能信息控制子系统,重点对这四个子系统的组成及实现方法进行了探讨,以期为我国的制造行业和智能系统的发展提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 With the continuous progress and development of China’s intelligent systems,robot arms have gradually been adopted in industrial manufacturing to meet the changing operating requirements of the working environment.Multi-degree-of-freedom robot arms under intelligent induction will become an important labor force for future industrial production.The design and implementation of intelligent induction and multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm systems have become an important guarantee for China’s industrial manufacturing industry to obtain core competitiveness in the world’s manufacturing industry.The design and implementation of intelligent induction multi-DOF manipulator arm system are studied and analyzed.The system can be divided into core control subsystem,sensor subsystem,development control subsystem and intelligent information control subsystem.The composition and implementation methods of these four subsystems are mainly discussed,with a view to providing a certain reference for the development of China’s manufacturing industry and intelligent systems.
