老年髋部骨折病人术后谵妄早期识别的研究进展
Study progress on early recognition of postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture
【摘要】 综述谵妄的分型、临床表现、危险因素、筛查工具以及术后谵妄早期识别的影响因素,以期对老年髋部骨折术后谵妄管理提供借鉴与参考。
【Abstract】 This article reviewed classification of delirium,clinical performance,risk factors,screening tools for delirium,and influencing factors of early identification of postoperative delirium,looking forward to providing reference for postoperative delirium management in elderly patients with hip fracture.
