污水污泥催化热解制油研究进展
Research progress on oil production by catalytic pyrolysis of sewage sludge
【摘要】 随着城市污水污泥产量的不断增加,污泥的处置问题日益突出,其资源化的利用成为研究重点。在污泥的处置方法中,热解技术能彻底处理污泥、减少气体污染和固化重金属,实现资源回收,具有较好的发展前景。但单一污泥热解,存在热解油粘度高热值低,含有大量氮氧化合物等弊端,而添加催化剂可降低热解油粘度提高热值,并抑制氮氧化合物产生,改善热解油品质。针对污泥热解的工艺流程,综述其催化剂:金属氧化物、矿物质、分子筛材料和半焦等对污泥催化热解制油的影响。同时对污水污泥处置方法的发展进行了展望。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the continuous increase of municipal sewage sludge production, the disposal of sludge has become increasingly prominent, and the utilization of its resources has become the focus of research.In the treatment of sludge, pyrolysis technology can thoroughly treat sludge, reduce gas pollution and solidify heavy metals, and realize resource recovery, which has a good development prospect.However, the pyrolysis of single sludge has many drawbacks, such as high viscosity and low calorific value of pyrolysis oil and a large number of nitrogen-oxygen compounds.Adding catalysts can reduce the viscosity of pyrolysis oil and improve the calorific value, inhibit the production of nitrogen-oxygen compounds and improve the quality of pyrolysis oil.Therefore, in this paper, the influence of metal oxides, minerals, molecular sieve materials and semi-coke on sludge pyrolysis to produce oil was summarized according to the technological process of sludge pyrolysis.At the same time, the development of sewage sludge disposal method is prospected.
