炼焦煤粒级分布对干燥煤炼焦的影响

【摘要】 在原料煤水分为2%的前提下,对不同粒度的十种单种煤进行了胶质层性质分析和配合煤的5 kg试验焦炉炼焦实验,研究了煤粒径分布对干燥煤炼焦焦炭质量的影响。结果表明,随着配合煤细度的适当增大,小粒径煤料配入量的适当减少,焦炭的机械强度和热性能明显提高;当煤料粒度为0~0.5 mm, 0.5~1 mm, 1~2 mm, 2~3 mm,>3 mm占比分别为17.50%,20%,31.25%,21.25%,10%时,焦炭机械强度、焦炭反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR)最佳。

【Abstract】 Under the premise that the moisture content of the raw coal is 2%,ten kinds of single coals with different particle sizes are analyzed for the properties of the colloid layer and a 5 kg test coke oven coking experiment with coal.The effect of coal particle size distribution on the quality of coking coke from dry coal was studied.The results show that with the appropriate increase in the fineness of the blended coal, the appropriate reduction in the blending amount of the small particle size coal, the mechanical strength and thermal performance of the coke are significantly improved; When the coal particle size is 0~0.5 mm, 0.5~1 mm, 1~2 mm, 2~3 mm, and >3 mm, the proportions are 17.50%,20%,31.25%,21.25%,and 10%.The mechanical strength, coke reactivity(CRI) and strength after reaction(CSR) are the best.
