木材干燥VOCs采样和测量方法研究

【摘要】 由木材干燥设备的排气道通过吸附管和装有酚试剂的甲醛吸收瓶采集木材干燥过程排放的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),采用GC和GC-MS分析VOCs的主要成分。结果显示,木材干燥过程中排放的VOCs中醛类化合物浓度随含水率的变化而变化,甲醛的浓度和总量相对较低,而正丙醛和正戊醛的浓度和总量相对较高。萜烯类化合物浓度随含水率的减小而减小,但到干燥最后阶段又有增加,而苯的浓度随含水率的减小而增大,α-蒎烯的浓度和总量相对较低,而莰烯和月桂烯的浓度和总量相对较高。VOCs成分总量与采样位置有关,从干燥室中间的排气道采样的总量比靠边的总量大。

【Abstract】 The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are sampling during wood drying.The major constituent of VOCs are tested by GC and GC-MS.The results showed that the concentration and total amount of formaldehyde are relatively low,while n-propanal and n-butyraldehyde are relatively high.The concentrations of terpenes decreased with the decrease of water content,but increased at the last stage of drying.The concentrations of benzene increased with the decrease of water content,the concentration and total amount of camphene and myrcene are relatively high.The total amount of VOCs is related to the sampling position,and the total amount from the vent in the middle of the drying kiln is larger than the side.
