【摘要】 新时代背景下人口流动呈现出明显的"回乡创业潮","老乡回家"创业已成为实现全面建成小康社会的重要推力。通过对安徽省991名回乡人员的调查数据分析发现,男性、有伴侣的回乡人员更容易做出创业决策,对创业的信心更足,且在农村地区表现更为显著;城市地区回乡人员创业受受教育程度的影响较大,而培训对农村地区的回乡人员创业发挥着关键性的影响作用;对政策信息的充分了解对城乡回乡人员的创业均起着显著的推动作用;回乡前收入水平越高越能够增强农村地区回乡人员的创业信心,但对城市地区回乡人员创业却起到明显的反向影响。最后,从回乡人员创业风险防范机制构建、加强培训服务、政策资源整合和金融支持等方面提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of new era,migrants presents a trend of "returning to hometown to start a business".The returnee entrepreneurship has become an important driving force for achieving a well-off society.Based on the analysis of the survey data of 991 returnees in Anhui Province,this paper finds that males and those with companion are more likely to make entrepreneurial decisions and have more confidence in entrepreneurship,which is more notable in rural areas.The education level has a great influence on the entrepreneurship of returnees in urban areas,while training plays a key role in the entrepreneurship of returnees in rural areas.Full knowledge of policies plays an obvious role in promoting the entrepreneurship of returnees in both urban and rural areas.The higher the income level before returning to hometown,the more it can enhance the entrepreneurial confidence of people returning to their hometowns in rural areas,but it has a significant reverse effect on the entrepreneurship of those returning to their hometowns in urban areas.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of the construction of the risk prevention mechanism for returning workers,strengthening training services,integration of policy resources and financial support.更多还原
