【摘要】 互联网的兴起与快递行业的发展,催生了快递员这一数以百万计的新型社会群体。该研究以太原市464名快递员为调查对象,从工作状况、权益保障与社会融入三个方面分析了快递员的生存现状,并探讨其困境形成的原因,最后就保障快递员权益提出了若干对策建议。研究发现,太原市快递员群体呈现"五多一低"的特征,存在劳动负担重,工作中安全隐患大,严重缺乏社会保障的保障合法权益难问题;同时还面临居住条件较差,社会交往与参与程度低,缺乏社会的理解与尊重,且自我认同度低的融入当地社会难问题。要改善快递员的生存现状需要政府部门、全团组织和社会大众的共同努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development of the Internet and express industry have given birth to the couriers, a new social group in millions. Investigating 464 couriers in Taiyuan City, this paper analyzes their survival status from three aspects: working conditions, protection of rights and interests and social integration, and then probes into causes of their difficult situation. Finally, the writer gives some countermeasures and suggestions to protect the rights and interests of couriers. The study has found that couriers in Taiyuan are facing some working problems including heavy labor burden, great hidden safety concerns, lack of social security and protection of rights and interests; meanwhile, they also have difficulty in integrating into local society, including poor living conditions, low levels of social interaction and participation, lacking of social understanding and respect, as well as low self-identification. To improve the survival status of couriers, the government, social organizations and the public should work together.更多还原
