【摘要】 中国特色社会主义进入新时代,工匠精神也被赋予了新的内涵。文章紧密结合农科院校工作的实际,从时代发展、教育改革发展、"双一流"建设、思想政治工作四个方面阐述了研究工匠精神的意义;深入分析了工匠精神所蕴含的"以人为本,德高为上"的匠人品质、"精益求精、追求卓越"的价值追求、"求实创新、锐意进取"的行业目标以及"严谨专注、持之以恒"的精神内核,梳理了工匠精神与高校思想政治教育工作根本任务、教育目标、途径和方式等内在的逻辑联系,阐明了工匠精神所具有的思想政治教育价值;聚焦农科院校实际,从课程体系建设、文明校园建设、创新创业教育、社会实践锻炼四个层面,论述了农科院校如何培育和应用工匠精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and the craftsmanship has been endowed with a new connotation. Combined with the realistic conditions of agricultural colleges and universities, after elaborating the significance of the study about craftsman spirit in agricultural colleges and universities from the development of the times and the educational reform, the construction of "double first class" and the ideological and political work, this paper analyzes the craftsman quality of "centering on people and honoring morals" contained in the craftsman spirit, its value pursuit of "striving for perfection and excellence", its industrial goal of "seeking truth, innovation and enterprising" and its spiritual core of "keeping rigorous, dedicated and persistent", and combs the internal logical connection between "craftsman spirit" and the fundamental task, educational goal, ways and methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which expounds the value of ideological and political education in the spirit of craftsmen. Focusing on the reality of agricultural colleges and universities, this paper discusses how to cultivate and apply craftsman spirit in agricultural colleges and universities from the construction of curriculum system and civilized campus, innovation and entrepreneurship education and social practice.更多还原
