提高肿瘤光动力疗效的新策略

【摘要】 作为一种新兴的肿瘤治疗手段,光动力疗法获得了广泛关注,近来也取得重要进展。然而,缺乏理想的光敏剂和光源、肿瘤组织穿透力不足以及肿瘤缺氧环境等因素限制了光动力疗法在肿瘤治疗领域的进一步应用。本文中,笔者从改善肿瘤缺氧和利用肿瘤缺氧两个方面,系统介绍了提高肿瘤血流灌注、肿瘤递氧、瘤内产氧和联合使用生物还原性前药等提高肿瘤光动力治疗的新策略,以期为光动力疗法在肿瘤治疗方面的进一步研究及临床应用提供新的参考方向及思路。

【Abstract】 As an emerging treatment modality for cancer,photodynamic therapy has received widespread attention and gained important progress. However,its further application in cancer treatment is limited due to the lack of ideal photosensitizers and light sources,insufficient tumor tissue penetration and tumor hypoxia environment. From the aspects of alleviating and utilizing tumor hypoxic microenvironment,in this review we systemically summarize novel strategies of antitumor photodynamic therapy,including increasing blood perfusion,tumor oxygen delivery,intratumoral oxygen production and combined use of bioreductive prodrugs. This review provides a new thinking and direction for the further development and clinical application of antitumor photodynamic therapy.
