【摘要】 目的:探讨不同剂量盐酸氨溴索(沐舒坦)治疗婴幼儿百日咳的临床疗效。方法:2018年9月至2019年3月汕头大学医学院第二附属医院等5家单位联合开展开放性、前瞻性、非随机对照临床研究,共收集百日咳核酸PCR阳性确诊的百日咳患儿64例,年龄<1岁,平均(5.28±4.96)月龄,其中男40例,女24例。根据患儿父母意愿分为对照组26例,观察组38例。所有患儿均给予阿奇霉素(10 mg/kg,1次/d,口服3 d)抗感染及对症治疗,对照组加用常规剂量盐酸氨溴索(7.5 mg,2次/d,静脉滴注2周),观察组加用大剂量盐酸氨溴索(10 mg/kg,2次/d,静脉滴注2周)。比较2组患儿痉挛性咳嗽治疗的有效率。结果:观察组治疗48 h、72 h及1周时的有效率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组患儿痉挛性咳嗽持续时间、住院时间及出院前总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大剂量盐酸氨溴索对婴幼儿百日咳的痉挛性咳嗽有明显的辅助治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride(Mucosolvan) in different doses on pertussis in infants. Methods:From September 2018 to March 2019,5 units including the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College jointly carried out an open, prospective and nonrandomized controlled clinical study. A total of 64 cases of pertussis confirmed by PCR positive pertussis were collected,with the age < 1 year old and the average age of(5.28 ± 4.96) months,including 40 males and24 females. According to the parents’ wishes, the children were divided into control group(26 cases) and observation group(38 cases). All the children were given azithromycin(10 mg/kg,once a day,oral 3 days)for antiinfection and symptomatic treatment. The control group was given ambroxol hydrochloride(7.5 mg,twice a day,intravenous drip for 2 weeks). The observation group was given ambroxol hydrochloride(10 mg/kg, twice a day, intravenous drip for 2 weeks). The effective rate of the treatment of spasmodic cough was compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of the observation group at 48 h,72 h and 1 week was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the duration of spasmodic cough,hospital stay and the total effective rate before discharge(P>0.05).Conclusion:Large dose ambroxol hydrochloride has obvious auxiliary therapeutic effect on spasmodic cough of pertussis in infants.更多还原
