【Abstract】 In the reform of community service, the leading role of neighborhood committee should be brought into play. The authority and responsibilities of government’s functional departments should be distinguished, community health stations should be established, community elder care should be achieved and the problems of lack of human resources, material and financial resources of neighborhood committee should be solved. Regarding the supervision of non-profit organizations, the use of government subsidies, and the establishment of supervision and evaluation systems, the relevant laws and regulations should be improved to provide unified standards for the development of community service industries.更多还原
