【摘要】 人文地理与城乡规划作为一个新开设的应用型专业,其专业建设特别是校企合作成为各开设该专业的高校共同关心并积极探讨的议题.以应用型本科高校石家庄学院为例,从开展校企合作的认知基础(人文地理与城乡规划专业性质)、校企合作基本流程(从企业数据库构建到合作反馈)、校企合作最终目的(学生实习与就业)等3个方面探讨人文地理与城乡规划专业建设中的校企合作问题.研究表明:人文地理与城乡规划专业建设需明确专业培养方向,并注意企业业务类型及层次与专业方向的匹配;校企合作基本流程可参考构建河北省相关企事业单位数据库、遴选本地企业签订校企合作协议、与签订校企合作企业开展深入合作、根据合作反馈优化调整合作企业;与校企合作同步,针对学生需在不同阶段安排实习、积极推荐优秀毕业生就业和建立毕业生跟踪反馈机制.更多还原

【Abstract】 Human geography and urban-rural planning, as a newly-opened and application-oriented major, its major construction, especially the cooperation between universities and enterprises has become a topic of common concern and active discussion among universities that have opened this major. Taking application-oriented undergraduate university Shijiazhuang University as an example, the cooperation between universities and enterprises in the construction of human geography and urban-rural planning has been discussed from three aspects: the cognitive basis of enterprise cooperation, the basic process of university-enterprise cooperation, and the ultimate goal of university-enterprise cooperation. The research indicates that the construction of human geography and urban-rural planning specialty requires a clear direction of professional training, and pay attention to the matching of business types and levels of enterprises with the professional direction; the basic process of university-enterprise cooperation can refer to the construction of Hebei database of relevant enterprises and institutions, selection of local enterprises to sign university-enterprise cooperation agreement, in-depth cooperation with signing university-enterprise cooperation enterprises, and optimization and adjustment of cooperation enterprises based on cooperation feedback.
