【摘要】 数量充足且高质量的人才储备是使竞技体育能够保持在较高水平并且持续、有效发展的重要前提.运用文献资料法、调查法和逻辑分析法,对河北省竞技体育后备人才培养工作进行调查分析.研究结果表明:河北省各地市开展青少年业余训练项目的数量不足且分布不均衡,教练员与科研人员的数量短缺,与青少年竞技体育相关的体育赛事数量和种类较少,体育传统项目学校、体育后备人才基地的数量还有待提升.现阶段河北省的专业运动队对于青少年缺乏吸引力是对河北省竞技体育后备人才培养工作产生不利影响并造成人才流失的重要因素.更多还原

【Abstract】 A sufficient number of high-quality talent reserves is an important prerequisite for enabling competitive sports to maintain a high level and develop continuously and effectively. Using literature data method, investigation method and logical analysis method to investigate and analyze the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in Hebei Province. The results show that the number of youth amateur training programs in various cities in Hebei Province is insufficient and unevenly distributed, the number of coaches and scientific researchers is in short,supply, the number and types of sports events related to juvenile competitive sports are few, and the number of traditional sports schools and sports reserve talent bases needs to be improved. At present, the lack of attractiveness of professional sports teams in Hebei Province for teenagers is an important factor that adversely affects the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports in Hebei Province, and causes brain drain.更多还原
