【摘要】 为了解《旅游法》实施后的导游人员生存状态,对广东省导游人员实施问卷调查,回收有效问卷415份,应用SPSS22.0进行统计分析,结果表明,《旅游法》实施后导游人员的薪酬结构发生了变化,总体收入情况仍低于地区平均水平和预期水平,工作满意度普遍不高、压力大,社会地位偏低,离职倾向未得到明显改善,工作满意度与离职倾向呈显著负相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the survival status of tour guides after the implementation of the Tourism Law,a questionnaire survey was conducted on tour guides in Guangdong Province,and 415 valid questionnaires were collected.Using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis,the results show that the salary structure of tour guides has changed since the implementation of the Tourism Law,but the overall income of tour guides is still below the regional average and expected level,and the job satisfaction of tour guides is generally not high.Tour guides bear dual pressure of physical and mental exhaustion,so their tendency to leave the job was not significantly improved.And the job satisfaction of tour guides was significantly negatively correlated with the tendency to leave the job.更多还原
