【摘要】 马克思主义劳动价值论既是《资本论》的理论基础,也是马克思主义政治经济学的重要组成部分。为了完整地论述劳动价值论,马克思从分析商品经济运行的全过程着手,揭示了劳动力商品的特殊性;揭示了劳动者的劳动何以成为价值产生和价值增值的终极原因;揭示了资本的运行规律;揭示了生产和再生产规律。马克思劳动价值论对供给侧结构性改革具有重要的启示作用:坚持劳动者的主体地位,完善可持续性发展的动力机制;科学定位剩余价值在改革中的积极作用;完善资本结构,充分发挥社会主义新资本的制度优势;协调发展再生产,有效推进供给侧结构性改革;构建完善的政策体制调控框架,为供给侧结构性改革提供良好的体制机制保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marxist theory of labor value is not only the theoretical basis of Capital,but also an important part of Marxist political economy.In order to fully discuss the theory of labor value,starting from the analysis of the whole process of commodity economic operation,Marx revealed the particularity of labor force as a commodity;revealed the ultimate cause of how the labor of workers turned to value generation and value increment;revealed the law of capital operation;revealed the law of production and reproduction.Marx’s theory of labor value has important enlightenment to supply-side structural reform:adhering to the main position of workers and perfecting the motive mechanism of sustainable development:scientifically positioning the positive role of surplus value in the reform;perfecting the capital structure and giving full play to the institutional advantages of the new socialist capital:coordinating the development of reproduction and effectively promoting supply-side structural reformand constructing a sound policy and institutional regulatory framework to enhance good institutional protection for supply-side structural reform.更多还原
