【摘要】 细胞生物学实验是"细胞生物学"课程建设的重要组成部分.对细胞生物学实验教学来说,实验准备工作占整个实验教学的80%以上,没有实验准备,就无法上课,做好实验准备是确保细胞生物学实验顺利开展的前提.从药品准备、材料处理、设备的调试以及安排学生参与实验准备等环节,探讨如何通过实验准备,提高细胞生物学实验教学质量,为实验教学提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 Cell biology experiment is an important part of the course construction of cell biology. For the experimental teaching of cell biology,the preparation of experiments accounts for more than 80% of the whole experimental teaching. Without the preparation of experiments,classes cannot be held. Based on the author’s experience in experimental courses,this paper discusses how to improve the teaching quality of cell biology experiment through experimental preparation,including drug preparation,material processing,equipment debugging and arranging students to participate in experimental preparation.更多还原
