【摘要】 采用数据包络分析方法,对我国体育公共服务财政投入的绩效问题进行深入分析。结果显示:地方群众体育公共财政投入的效率普遍较低,综合效率均值仅为0.729 507;19个省(自治区、直辖市)群众体育公共财政投入不足,导致群众体育投入出现产出严重不足现象;群众体育公共财政投入的规模及管理水平是导致综合效率低的两大因素,超效率模型进一步区分DEA评价有效地区的效率高低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopting data envelopment analysis methods,this paper probed into the efficiency of fiscal investment of sports public service in China.It showed that the efficiency of local mass sports public finance investment was generally low,and the overall efficiency of the national average was only 0.729507;19 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)of mass sports public finance investment were insufficient,resulting the output of mass sports investment seriously deficient;the scale and management level of mass sports public finance investment was the two major factors leading to low efficiency,super-efficiency model further distinguished the efficiency evaluation of DEA effective area.更多还原
