纳米Mg(OH)2的制备及其对生漆性能的影响研究
Preparation of Nano-Mg (OH)2 Particles and its Effects of the Performance on the Chinese Lacquer Films
【摘要】 本文通过制备纳米Mg(OH)2,并按一定配比与天然生漆共混制备改性漆膜,于120℃恒温干燥。通过热重分析仪、扫描电镜等手段探究漆膜的性能,按照国标测试漆膜的常规物理机械性能。结果表明,纳米Mg(OH)2明显改善漆膜的耐碱性、耐热性和光泽度等综合性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, to prepare modified lacquer films, nano Mg(OH)2 was prepared and then blended with natural raw lacquer. The films were dried at 120 ℃. The properties of films were investigated by means of thermogravimetry and scanning electron microscope. The physical and mechanical properties of the film were tested according to the national standard. The results show that Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles can obviously improve the alkali resistance, heat resistance and gloss of the films.
