快速水蒸气蒸馏-流动注射分析仪联用测定食品中氰化物

【摘要】 建立快速水蒸气蒸馏仪提取食品样品中的氰化物,流动注射分析仪测定馏出液中氰化物含量的方法。结果表明:在0~0.500μg/mL质量浓度范围内,方法标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.999 6,当取样量为20 g,定容体积为250 mL时,方法检出限为0.014 mg/kg。利用该方法和国标方法同时对实际样品进行检测,所得结果相对偏差均小于10%。该方法重复性好,回收率稳定,能够满足实际检测的要求。

【Abstract】 A method for determining cyanide in food using rapid steam distillation combined with flow injection analyzer was established. The results showed that within the mass concentration range of 0-0.500 μg/mL,the standard curve of the method had good linearity,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. When the sample amount was 20 g and the volume was 250 mL,the detection limit of the method was 0.014 mg/kg. The method and the national standard method were used to simultaneously detect the actual samples,and the relative deviation of the results was less than 10 %. The repetitive determination of the actual samples showed that the precision and recovery of the standard addition were in good order to meet the actual detection requirements.
