运动营养食品质量安全风险因子分析

【摘要】 随着体育产业的飞速发展,人们健康意识的不断加强,运动营养食品应运而生。在过去几年里,运动营养食品的普及率和使用率显著上升。但目前运动营养食品面临着一些挑战,如产品质量不合格、非法添加违禁物以及功效成分等潜在危害。这些潜在风险不仅对运动员赛事兴奋剂检测造成困扰,也严重影响着运动人群的身体健康,导致运动营养产业的发展受到制约。本文重点对运动营养食品中的潜在风险因子进行分析,并提出相关建议。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the sports industry and the continuous strengthening of people’s health awareness, sports nutrition foods came into being. In the past few years, the penetration rate and usage rate of sports nutrition food have increased significantly. However, sports nutrition foods are currently facing some challenges, such as substandard product quality, illegal addition of prohibited substances, and the potential harm of functional ingredients. These potential risks not only cause problems for athletes’ doping detection in competitions, but also seriously affect the physical health of the sports crowd, which restricts the development of sports nutrition industry. This article focuses on the analysis of potential risk factors in sports nutrition foods and puts forward relevant suggestions.
