基于元素及近红外分析的产地鉴别技术

【摘要】 将茶叶样品进行近红外光谱采集,再进行铅、镉、铬、铜、铁、锰、锌、钾、钠、钙、镁这11种元素的测定,实验对两大产区,6个产地的120个太平猴魁样品进行了近红外光谱采集和11种元素的测定,利用统计学方法找出产区及产地的特征性以达到产地鉴别的作用。

【Abstract】 The tea samples were collected by near-infrared spectroscopy, and then 11 elements of lead, cadmium, chromium, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium were determined. 120 samples of Taiping Houkui were collected by near-infrared spectroscopy and 11 elements were determined in two major producing areas and six place of origin. The characteristics of producing areas and producing areas were found by statistical method to achieve the role of origin identification.
