Stainless steel clad aluminum sheets with different thickness ratios were prepared by four-layer symmetrical clad rolling. The relation between the mechanical propertie (σ0.2, σb, δ), strain hardening exponent (n), plastic strain ratio (R), ear coefficient (AR), cupping value (IE) and thickness ratio of stainless steel clad aluminum sheets has been studied.
