【摘要】 电动自行车制造企业能否选择优秀的配件供应商将直接影响其生产成本、交货能力甚至是产品质量。论文构建了电动自行车配件供应商的评价指标体系,采用二元语义描述评价指标并进行了规范化处理,同时还考虑到各评价指标属性间优先等级的差异化问题,将指标按优先权排序,进行了集结运算,并根据集结值对电动自行车供应商进行有效排序,最终确定最佳供应商。为电动自行车配件供应商选择提供一种简便有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whether an electric bicycle manufacturer can choose an excellent accessories supplier will directly affect its production cost,delivery capability and even product quality. The evaluation index system of the electric bicycle accessories supplier was constructed and described with the binary semantic and made standardization. At the same time,the difference of priority rank among the attributes of each evaluation index was considered,the index was sorted according to priority and aggregation operation was carried out. Then,the suppliers of electric bicycles were sorted effectively according to the aggregation value. Finally,the best supplier was finalized. The results can provide a simple and effective method for choosing supplier of electric bicycle accessories.更多还原
