【摘要】 我国鲜花冷链物流成本一直居高不下,为了促进我国鲜花冷链物流的发展,使鲜花冷链物流成本能够得到有效的控制。文中首先对国内外鲜花冷链物流现状进行研究,初步分析了我国与国外鲜花冷链物流成本控制的差距;然后,从我国鲜花冷链物流流程出发,探究其中所涉及的物流成本构成,分析我国鲜花冷链物流成本偏高的主要原因;最后,通过对B花卉公司案例的研究,分析其鲜花冷链物流成本控制的经验并提出相关建议,以期对企业降低鲜花冷链物流成本有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cost of flower cold chain logistics in China has been high,in order to promote the development of China’s flower cold chain logistics,so that the cost of flower cold chain logistics can be effectively controlled. This paper first studies the current situation of flower cold chain logistics at home and abroad,preliminarily analyzes the gap between China and foreign flower cold chain logistics cost control,and then from China’s flower cold chain logistics process,explores the logistics cost composition involved,analyzes the main reasons for the high cost of flower cold chain logistics in China. Finally,through the study of B flower company case,sum up the experience of flower cold chain logistics cost control and put forward relevant suggestions,in order to reduce the cost of flower cold chain logistics is beneficial to enterprises.更多还原
